Rates
$145 per 50-minute individual therapy session
$175 for couples or family therapy
Insurance
Services may be covered in part by your health insurance or employee benefit
plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following
questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- Will my insurance cover non-contracted providers?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Do I need prior authorization before initiating services?
Insurance benefits may be accessed by you, the consumer. I'm happy to provide an invoice of services rendered for your own submission to the insurance carrier or claims administrator. Please know that using insurance benefits gives them access to your private health information.
Payment
Cash, checks, Venmo and Zelle and credit cards are accepted forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have
NOT
notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the
full cost of the session.
